Deep expertise in aerodrome safeguarding, OLS surveying and assessment, planning, design, construction management, supervision, scheduling and/or modifications of aerodromes and their elements (runways, ATC towers, passenger buildings, etc.). He has extensive experience in contract administration and monitoring of work progress, with a strong proficiency in Aviation procedures.

He has proven experience in managing technical correspondence with consultants and contractors. He has extensive experience in risk assessment & mitigation, assessment on obstacle limitation surfaces and in evaluating the operation of aircraft of higher code than the certified code to ensure safe movement on existing airport infrastructure. He has deep knowledge of aircraft operational characteristics, including the application of traffic forecasts, landing and take-off criteria, procedures, forces and dimensions of runway, taxiway and apron, as well as drainage systems, access roads and taxiways as well as a proven ability in cost monitoring and quality control.
