He is currently the Associate Director for SE Asia, Modalis Infrastructure Partners Inc. He is the Regional Lead for www.airportir.com which is a specialist Mergers & Acquisitions database by Modalis and has helped Various buy-side and sell-side engagements in primary and secondary transactions in SE Asia & Middle East. He has experience in lead consulting & implementing on restructuring live contracts/ concessions as was previously the Strategic Consultant for the General Aviation Operator in Istanbul, Turkey and was responsible for key strategic areas including Business Review of existing subsidiary operations (including Cash Flow forecasting, debt repayment projections & Asset Allocation), Identification of new revenue streams for owners to pursue, and cost-sharing with airside asset owners to expand on to facilitate new revenue streams and the Debt restructuring with banks, liaising for and between Owners and Senior Management.

Previously he also held the position of the Senior General Manager, Planning for Malaysia Airports In which he Co-led the 2016 – 2020 Business Plan for the company, including detailed Financial Planning for all identified investments, divestments, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow projections. He was also responsible for leading  led enforced divestments at three international airports in Maldives, Delhi and Hyderabad at a significant premium to cost of investment in the absence of definitive sale agreements; led M&A bids for London Standsted, UK and Cebu, Philippines in 2012/13 and 2013/14.
