He is a senior ICAO, IATA instructor, runway rubber removal expert, and course developer; instructor in airport masterplanning, passenger Wayfinding & signage management, airport capacity planning & management, design, operations, pavement design, evaluation and maintenance, aviation safety, SMS, safety audit and certification,PANS-AIM, Disaster/ Emergency Management etc. His Aviation training management experience is in close coordination with ICAO, FAA, IATA, ACI and SMEs across the globe. He is an Airside engineering and operations expert, Ex General Manager at Airports Authority of India and also the Indian Aviation Academy

He has Successfully and timely completed Airport development projects at Delhi, Mumbai, Amritsar, and Kolkata International Airports. He Played key role in finalization of Masterplan for NSCBI Airport, Kolkata and Handled capacity enhancement, safety audit, pavement design and evaluation at 12 major airports in India

He is the trainer for ICAO, IATA, IAAE, programmes in Airport Planning, Design and Operations, Lead course developer, SME, and Instructor for ICAO TRAINAIR Plus STPs on Runway Rubber Removal (RRR), Infrastructure and facilities for PRMs (IFPRM), Airfield Pavement Markings (APM), Passenger wayfinding signage (PWS), Headed trainings at IAA for 4 years and Delivered over 600 sessions of training programmes to participants of over 30 countries at IAA
