He has been a Lead Consultant in more than 500 projects based on scenario thinking where he designed and facilitated characterable participative processes and advise senior management on how to achieve what goals under conditions of fundamental uncertainty. He has been involved in international strategy projects with clients ranging from cities, NGO’s, ministries, industry associations, multinationals and global institutions from across industries including public sector, banking, insurance, oil & gas, maritime, telecommunications, manufacturing, construction and healthcare amongst others. Paul has trained thousands of managers in scenario-based strategy, risk and opportunity management and is the Distinguished Lecturer Scenario Based Strategy at Nyenrode University and at the University of Amsterdam (Risk Management). He is a renowned speaker at international conferences and seminars.
